Mount Elgon National Park is a breathtaking and less-explored wilderness located on the Kenya-Uganda border. It covers 169 km² in Kenya and 1,110 km² in Uganda, with Mount Elgon (4,321m) as its centerpiece—Kenya’s second-highest mountain and an ancient extinct volcano.
